Christian Biz Australia
From the 1st of October, searching for and finding Christian operated businesses in Australia will become a whole lot easier.
Christian Biz Australia is a brand new Christian Business portal and its ready to change the landscape for those seeking to make discerning choices of how and with whom they trade. Search, or explore a map of your city for Christian businesses in your area from micro start-ups to local churches and corporate bodies.
Presently, there are seven primary categories (fields) including Trade, Professions, Education, Health, Travel, Retail and Community, which together have over 60 sub fields. Ideal for small businesses who can potentially ‘own’ a Trade or Profession sub category in their region, but excellent also for those needing a comprehensive list of Education, Healthcare, and Community providers for decision making purposes.
The website has many features for users and business owners alike with a Member Forum, Job Board, Event Calendar, Business Resources department (Tools) and a Blog filled with daily feature articles, which are Christ-centred and business focussed. There is also a Member Market, where businesses can list their products for online sale, as well as appointment calendars for businesses who are mainly service oriented.
You’ll need to be a member to access most of the site, including Business Listings which is free for all users. Business owners can receive a free trial until 1st January 2018, when month-to-month ($10 per mth) or annual subscriptions ($84 per year) will commence. Sponsorship and advertising options are also available.
Weekly eNewsletters, dispatching Monday afternoons, will provide for the latest discussion points, alongside a Passage for the Week, Book Review, Business Offers (Biz Deals) and a lot more.
Sydney, Melbourne Perth, Brisbane and Adelaide are the initial five Australian cities to have searchable localities with other a to be added before the end of 2017.
An (iOS & Android) smartphone app is also scheduled to arrive early 2018 which will enable GPS and other integrated functions. Production has also commenced on expanding the platform into neighbouring countries and is expected to be available early 2018.
As the parent company of Christian Biz, Embrya is pleased to play its part in growing a vision for the kingdom of God and expects to redistrubute profit to ten selected Christian charities.
